? Is the Health+ Card free?

Yes, the Health+ Card itself is free to request and obtain. However, there are different claim policy options available that have associated monthly fees. You only pay for the coverage you choose, and there are no upfront payments required.

? Who is eligible for the Health+ Card?

Currently, the Health+ Card is available for:

Civil servants
Government workers
NGO employees with valid contracts of at least 1 year
Private corporations with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Health+

The program is expanding soon, and eligibility will be open to everyone in the future.

? How do I subscribe to a claim policy?

The process for subscribing to a claim policy depends on your job category and employer.

For civil servants and government workers: Your claim policy options and limits will be pre-assigned based on your salary grade and position. You can request a one-time adjustment or upgrade your policy limit through your employer’s human resources department.
For NGO employees and private corporations: The specific options and subscription process will depend on the agreement between your employer and Health+. Please contact your Human Resources department for more information.

? What is the claim process like?

When you receive healthcare services at a participating provider, inform them that you are using your Health+ Card. The provider will submit your claim electronically to Health+. You will not be required to make any upfront payments.

At the end of each billing month, Health+ will send you a settlement request for the claimed services. You will then have a designated timeframe to pay for the services through your chosen payment method. This means you don’t pay for claims in the same month you utilize them.
